COVID-19 Update on Arris contingency measures
During this period of uncertainty due to coronavirus (COVID-19), Arris is committed to ensuring our customers and partners do not experience disruption of our services. We have implemented a number of measures, including today running a “test drill” to ensure that we are 100% capable of working from home.
- All our solutions are externally hosted in secure environments.
- All our teams are 100% able and can be supported to work from home, if the need arises, including appropriate connectivity, workspaces and virtual meeting solutions.
- Our support team telephone and internet remain available as normal, and you should raise any support request as normal by getting in touch with our team via email or phone.
While we haven’t yet made the call to send everybody home, we are monitoring the situation. We will make that call if we feel it’s the best option to keep our staff safe and/or further information/advice is provided by the authorities.
We’re also following standard precautions of requiring anyone who is unwell or has a potential exposure to self-isolate. So far none of us or our families have been impacted.
Our offices around Australia continue to operate, and all staff are available via normal contact details. Communication with you is our priority, and we will keep you updated if any further changes are implemented.
At this point in time, we do not anticipate any disruption to our services.
We will continue to monitor this situation closely and provide further updates if required. We wish to assure all our customers and partners you are our priority and we will continue to support you during this uncertain period.
