Arris staff have been engaged by planning consultants C.L. Rowe and Associates to assist with the development and environmental approvals for an exciting new property development at Middleton, South Australia.  Our Agriculture and Environment team were on site this week performing soil quality assessments for the impending change in land use.

This development site will see approximately forty-five 4,000m² blocks established in a semi-rural region with picturesque views of either the ocean or agricultural hills, set amongst the local wetland and reserve areas. The site will be developed with an emphasis of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) and environmentally sensitive landscaping techniques to ensure the preservation of the natural surroundings.
