Requirements
We’re very proud to be associated with the BTS Support Group and pleased that we were able to assist by designing and building their new website. They have a wealth of resources to support those grieving the loss of someone through suicide.
Run by people who themselves have been bereaved through suicide, BTS supports those in the community who have been close to someone who has taken their own life – partner, child, relative, friend or close acquaintance.
Our Process
BTS required a content management system (CMS) that would allow them to share a range of resources, offer details of events and provide visitors with access to support services.
Our process involved working with the client to build out a series of wireframes to determine the optimal site navigation, before proceeding to the site design. Throughout this process we worked in consultation with the client, gathering feedback and input to optimise the site layout, functionality and design.
Results
The final website is fresh and mobile responsive, with an intuitive CMS that can be used by BTS volunteers to upload site content, add details of relevant articles and update event details.
The site design is modern and relevant for younger vistitors, without alienating a mature audience.
