Primozone® has redefined ozone technology with cutting edge ozone generators which are safe, quiet and reliable. The GM-series ozone generators are built on patented ozone technology which enables ozone production with the highest ozone concentration available. Primozone® technology has more than 7 times the production capacity at higher ozone concentrations than competitive technology.

The small footprint of the Primozone® ozone generator is a great advantage compared to conventional ozone generators. The space requirement could be as low as 20% of a standard generator. Primozone-Brochure-GM6.

We use Mazzei venturi injectors to mix our ozone gas as they are a very energy efficient mixing method which produces a microbubble of ozone with a high surface area. To concentrate the oxygen, we use AirSep Oxygen concentrators (https://www.caireinc.com/commercial/). The AirSep range of oxygen concentrating equipment is robust and reliable and has a proven track record of working successfully with Primozone® ozone systems.

Case studies

Primozone® installed a new ozone treatment system on the island of Åland. The plant supplies 475 m³/h of drinking water to the population of Mariehamn, which is the larger part of Åland’s 27.000 inhabitants, and which doubles during the summer season. Åland is an archipelago of 6.500 islands. The process disinfects the water and removes colour and taste from humus. View case study
